Microsoft Excel is an established market standard in almost all companies, from industry to consulting and auditing to finance, for processing all kinds of data. Regardless where you are gaining your first professional experience, the processing of complex data sets and their analysis and processing are part of everyday life in almost every area of business. Moreover, technical and data-driven analyses belong to the very key areas of responsibilities which are assigned to career starters and interns early on and allow to them to truly differentiate themselves as high-performers getting jobs done.

For numerous companies, the predominantly theoretical training of their interns and young professionals is often a considerable problem if new employees lack essential basics in the processing of complex data. Conversely, this carries the risk that talented and motivated interns and young professionals fail to convince in their first professional practical assignments and forfeit essential career opportunities, because the practical approach to “getting the job done” is poor despite excellent theoretical expertise in everyday work.

The goal of our seminar is to teach you all the basics as well as advanced skills in Excel within an interactive full day workshop. We will not focus on any theoretical concepts but will dedicate all our work towards the primary goal of the workshop to provide each of you with the tools to become an expert in Excel and to enable you to impress future employers by solving complex problems in a pragmatic and elegant way and, ultimately, to secure attractive career entry options with leading global companies.

The class will be instructed in person by Florian P. Meyer. Florian works as Executive Director with Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in the European Industrials Team and as freelancer instructor offering workshops at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

The workshop will take place on Saturday 25th November 2023 at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

The class starts at 9am CET and is dedicated to end between 5-6pm CET.

The workshop takes place at a minimum number of 30 participants. At lower participation rates the workshop may be cancelled upon the discretion of the vendor.

Cancellation policy:

Participants can cancel their participation at 100% refund of paid price until 3 weeks before the workshop. Last date of cancellation is on that basis Saturday 4th November 2023 close of business. Thereafter late cancellation will receive no refund but participants who are unable to join are free to sell their ticket to other persons and have to inform the vendor accorindingly.
